He was involved in developing a series of RF power national primary standards from megahertz to terahertz. From 2007 to 2008 and in 2017, he was a Guest Researcher with the Electromagnetics Division, NIST. He is currently a Professor at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing. Dr. Cui received the Science and Technology Award of two-second class, and one-third class at province level in 2011, 2012, and 2015, respectively, in China.

He is engaged in the teaching and research of electromagnetic field and microwave technology, involving electromagnetic field theory, terahertz technology and application, antenna theory and technology, radar simulation, and target recognition. He has presided over and participated in more than 30 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the Doctoral Foundation of the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, 973, 863, and civil aerospace. He has published more than 150 SCI/EI papers in academic journals at home and abroad and applied for and authorized more than 20 patents.

His current research interests include RF power metrology, high-temperature superconductor resonators for communication technology, and uncertainty analysis in microwave applications.
Aiwen Ma, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Chinese Society of Metrology and Testing, Director of the International Federation of Measurement (IMEKO), China.
He is now deputy director of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Metrology and Industrial Metrology. He has worked in Shougang Corporation, the former AQSIQ, and other units. Participated in the formulation and revision of metrology-related laws, regulations, and technical specifications, such as "Metrology Law", "Energy Conservation Law", "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Type Approval of Measuring Instruments", "General Principles for the Equipment and Management of Energy Measuring Instruments per Unit of Energy Use", "Metrology Terms"; Participated in the compilation of the bibliography of "China Quality Inspection Work Manual", "Measurement Management Manual", "Measurement Culture Manual" and so on. Since 2011, as one of the main authors, he has directly participated in the drafting of the Metrological Development Plan (2013-2020) of The State Council. Vice Chairman of the China Association for Computer Automatic Measurement and Control Technology, Member of the Electronic Metrology Professional Committee of the China Society for Metrology and Testing, Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Computer Measurement and Control, Member of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of the National Ministry, IEEE Member, and Senior Member of the China Electronics Society. Professor Qiao has successively presided over and undertaken national key projects, ministerial key fund projects, and a number of provincial and ministerial key projects. Professor Xinbin Cheng is mainly engaged in the research and teaching of integrated circuits, nanometrics, and intelligent imaging and perception. He has undertaken more than 10 scientific research projects such as national major science and technology projects, national key research and development programs, and the National Natural Science Foundation, and published more than 30 high-level articles as the first/corresponding author. In 2019, it was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Youth Science Fund, won the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award in 2019, and won the Gold Medal of China Patent for laser thin film technology in 2018 and achieved the achievement transformation.

Specializes in metrological traceability research of various types of electromagnetic compatibility equipment.
Proficient in metrological methods and traceability research for various types of antennas (communication, EMC, radar, etc.).
Currently researching solutions for off-axis and phase-less issues in spherical near-field measurement technology, as well as research on RCS metrological transfer and traceability techniques.

Biao Wang, Ph.D., China North Vehicle Research Institute, China.
His main research direction is electromagnetic environment effect and electromagnetic safety of equipment, electromagnetic compatibility testing technology of equipment. Since joining the work, he has presided over or participated in the completion of 6 scientific research projects, won the second prize in science and technology of North China Vehicle Research Institute, authorized 10 national invention patents, published 21 academic papers, and participated in the preparation of 3 national or enterprise standards and specifications.
Prof. Tian Hong Loh, NPL, UK
He is leading work on a wide range of electromagnetic and wireless communication metrology research areas in support of the emerging wireless technologies and applications.
His current research interests include 5G communications, multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) communications, optical wireless communications, smart antennas, small antennas, metamaterials, body-centric communications, in-vehicle communications, wireless sensor network (WSN), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and computational electromagnetics.
